Sensitivity Training

This course is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of sensitivity training in the workplace. The course covers the definition, purpose, and necessity of sensitivity training and its importance in creating a safe and inclusive work environment.  

Throughout the course, you will learn about the benefits of pursuing a sensitivity objective for employees and the company. You will also learn how to successfully raise staff awareness and identify different types of stereotypes, including their delivery and effects.  

In addition, the course discusses Human Resources and its best practices for dealing with issues associated with stereotypes. You will learn the steps to handling complaints about sensitive issues and stereotypes and understand the pros and cons of being "sensitive".
